Attic retrofit — removed degraded R-11 fiberglass batts, air-sealed top plates, dense-pack cellulose to R-60, new baffles at eaves.


Massapequa Colonial — Open-Cell Rafter Foam
Open-cell spray foam applied to the underside of the roof deck between every rafter bay, hot-roof assembly, interior-conditioned attic.


Huntington Colonial — Basement Rim-Joist Seal
180 linear feet of band joist sealed with 3 inches of closed-cell foam, plus foundation wall foam to 4 feet below grade.


Smithtown Hi-Ranch — Crawl Space Encapsulation
Full encapsulation — 20-mil vapor barrier taped to foundation walls, closed-cell foam to R-15, sealed vents, dehumidifier-ready.


Farmingdale Bungalow — Wall Dense-Pack
Dense-pack cellulose blown into empty 2x4 stud cavities through 2-inch drill holes, patched and primed drywall finish.


Garden City Colonial — Cathedral Ceiling Foam
Cathedral ceiling closed-cell foam between every rafter, hot-roof assembly, no more ice dams on the north pitch.


Bay Shore Cape — Knee Wall Blown-In
Blown-in cellulose injected through the attic access door into every knee-wall cavity, netted face for retention, air seal at top plate.


Long Beach Split — BPI Thermal Audit
BPI-certified audit — blower-door baseline, FLIR thermal imaging identified cold-spot signatures at rim joist and knee walls, post-retrofit verification shot.
